From an enquiry to a clearer next conversation.
Describe the property and the need. The HAUSE team reviews the request and confirms what help may be available.
1. Prepare the brief
Choose the property type and request. Include the municipality, project stage and any relevant report reference. The tools can generate a brief you may choose to add to the form. Do not send access codes, confidential floor plans or tenant personal information.
2. Give permission for a response
Read the consent and privacy information beside the form. Your request may be shared with a suitable provider for the purpose of responding. There is no marketing subscription in this enquiry.
3. Wait for availability and scope confirmation
Submission does not book work or establish a contractor relationship. A suitable provider, if available, must confirm coverage, qualifications, the actual scope, fees and scheduling. No response time or appointment is promised by the form.
4. Keep urgent issues in the proper channel
The form is for non-emergency enquiries. Fire, smoke or immediate danger requires safe evacuation and 9-1-1. Use the building’s qualified-response arrangements for an active leak or suspected impairment.
