This policy describes the information used by FireSprinklers.ca, a HAUSE Technologies educational and enquiry site.
Information you choose to submit
The enquiry form collects your name, contact details, general property location, property type, request and message. If you choose to include a tool brief, that brief is also submitted. Please do not include access codes, confidential plans, tenant details or sensitive documents.
Purpose and recipients
HAUSE Technologies uses the information to review and respond to your request. Where a suitable provider is available, the enquiry may be shared with that provider for the requested response. It is not sold or submitted as a marketing subscription.
Delivery and storage
The form uses Cloudflare intake and storage, GoHighLevel contact records and Resend internal email alerts. Hosting is provided by Netlify. These service providers process information for delivery, operational records and response. Processing may occur outside Canada under their service arrangements.
Attribution and local tools
A submitted enquiry includes the page and initial landing URL, referrer where available and campaign parameters. No advertising analytics are installed. Tool inputs remain in the current browser page unless you download a local document or choose to include a brief in an enquiry. Session storage may keep the landing and campaign information for that browser session.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records may be retained as needed to handle the request and operational, security or legal requirements. No fixed deletion period is represented here. Use the contact form and select “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction or deletion. The team may need to verify the request through a suitable channel; do not send identity documents initially.
Policy changes
This policy is dated September 30, 2026. Material changes to the form or processing should be reflected here. Contact the team with questions before submitting if you need a different information-sharing arrangement.
